Routine and Preventative Care
GVS offers routine physical exams, vaccinations, dentals, deworming, testing, and euthanasia. Herd health visits are offered for our producer clients.
A minimum fee may apply to your visit. Please discuss all care needed with the office to maximize your visit with the vet.

At Granville Veterinary Service, Large Animal, we take care to provide our clients with high quality service specific to their animals' unique needs. Acupuncture and Chiropractic
Acupuncture and Chiropractic Services are available for horses, cattle, llamas and alpacas. GVS also offers dog acupuncture at Riverside Veterinary Care in Rutland VT on a monthly basis.
Acupuncture and chiropractic treatments can be very beneficial for older animals with arthritis, performance animals, and for the management of chronic issues.

Digital X-Ray
GVS now offers digital x-ray services. This technology allows real-time images to be viewed by the veterinarian. The quality of these images can allow for faster diagnosis and treatment of bone related issues.

Digital Coggins Testing
Automatic Herd Check Scheduling
GVS provides automatic scheduling for herd checks. These visits can be set up on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule to fit your farm requirements. Please contact the office for availabilities.
Office Visits
Our new facility located at 1987 County Route 23 in Granville, allows us to offer office visits to our clients. The new facility is equipped with stocks and a treatment stall. We always welcome clients outside our practice area to bring their animals to the clinic for treatment. Routine appointments and emergencies can be done at the clinic as well.

GVS accepts Cash, Check, VISA, Mastercard and Discovercard. We also offer financing through Care Credit. For more information about CareCredit or to apply for financing, please visit the CareCredit website.
Digital Coggins Testing is now offered through Global Vet Link. Digital coggins help to save you time and money. Photographs are taken of your horse for the initial coggins and are not needed again! Completed coggins can be accessed and printed by owners from the comfort of home.
